Privacy Policy
Understand what information we use, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
About this policy
This policy describes information handling for Bitness Broker at bitnessbroker.pro. It applies to the website and account services. Public blockchain networks and third-party websites operate under their own rules.
Information we collect
We process the account details you provide, such as your name, email address, profile image and account preferences. If you submit identity-verification documents or contact support, we process those submissions. We also record orders, trades, balances, deposits, withdrawal requests, wallet addresses and transaction identifiers. We may also process IP addresses, device and browser information, and access or security logs.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in when it is available, we use basic identity information: a Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile picture when supplied. We use it to authenticate you and manage your Bitness account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts for sign-in. Google identity information is not sold or used for advertising or AI model training.
Why information is used
Information supports account access, transaction processing, customer support, identity checks, fraud prevention and investigation of security incidents. Processing may be necessary to provide a requested service, meet applicable legal obligations, protect legitimate security interests or follow your consent where required.
Cookies and local storage
Session cookies support authentication and security. Browser storage also keeps interface preferences, including language. Blocking essential storage may prevent login or disrupt account functions. Clearing browser storage does not delete your account or remove blockchain records.
Sharing and blockchain records
Service providers may process information needed for hosting, communications, security, identity checks or blockchain access. Information may also be disclosed when lawfully required or necessary to investigate abuse. Blockchain addresses, amounts and transaction identifiers can be publicly visible, and confirmed on-chain records generally cannot be changed or deleted by Bitness.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, including applicable recordkeeping duties and resolving disputes. Account closure does not necessarily erase financial or security records immediately. Access controls and other technical safeguards reduce risk, but no system can promise absolute security. Never disclose passwords, private keys or recovery phrases to support.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or other rights concerning personal information. Use Support in your Bitness account and identify the request without sharing secrets. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings; revoking access does not itself close a Bitness account or erase records that must be retained.
International access and updates
Service providers may process information in different countries. Any protections required by applicable law remain relevant. This policy may be updated as services change; the date above identifies this version. Check the current policy before supplying additional personal information.
