Terms of Service
The conditions for using your Bitness account, cryptocurrency services, and Spot markets.
Scope and eligibility
These terms govern the Bitness Broker website and services made available through your account. You must be at least 18, have legal capacity and be permitted to use the services under laws that apply to you. Access may depend on location, identity checks and account restrictions.
Your account and security
Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Do not share account access or let others impersonate you. Report suspected unauthorized access through Support. Google sign-in, when available, is an authentication method; it does not replace identity verification or guarantee account recovery.
Available services
Use only the assets, networks and functions enabled for your account. A listed asset does not mean every deposit or withdrawal method is available. Network maintenance, provider interruptions and security checks may temporarily affect access. Do not send assets when the deposit screen shows that a network is unavailable.
Custody and deposits
Bitness account balances are internal records of your available and reserved assets; they are not a self-custody wallet. The operator administers receiving wallets. Send only the displayed asset on the displayed network, using the correct address and any required memo or tag. A QR code or deposit request is not proof of payment. Credits depend on the amount actually received and the required blockchain confirmations.
Spot orders and execution
Spot trading exchanges one asset for another without leverage in the Spot interface. Limit orders require a compatible counter-order and may fill partially. An open or canceled order is not a completed trade. Market prices and trading candles reflect executions on Bitness and can differ from other venues. Funds committed to orders may be reserved until execution or cancellation.
Fees and withdrawals
Review the applicable trading fees, network fees, limits and destination before confirming an instruction. Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, review and network availability. Approval and blockchain broadcast are different stages; submission or approval does not itself prove that funds were sent. A transaction hash identifies a broadcast transfer, and final settlement depends on the network.
Risks and user responsibility
Cryptoassets, including BTN and stablecoins, carry market, liquidity, technology, issuer and custody risks. Stablecoins may lose their intended reference value. BTN uses Bitness Chain; compatibility with EVM tools does not make it the Ethereum network. Returns, liquidity and asset values are not guaranteed. Verify instructions carefully: incorrect-network transfers or confirmed blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
Prohibited conduct and restrictions
Do not use the services for fraud, unauthorized access, market manipulation or unlawful activity. Security or compliance concerns may lead to proportionate restrictions or review. These terms do not promise unrestricted access in every country or replace mandatory rights under applicable law.
Closure, changes and contact
Use Support in your account for questions or closure requests. Open orders, pending transfers, disputes and applicable recordkeeping duties may need to be addressed before closure. Material service changes may be communicated through the platform or account contact channels. The current terms and date are published here. Mandatory legal and consumer protections remain applicable.
